Call it spring cleaning if you will, but we had a LOT to clean up following all the buildup from storms, grumpy wolves (winter syndrome - AKA TMS in some males) Carcass leftovers abound! |
This was one well loaded truck! |
My deer has no nose!
OK, maybe I need to get out more... |
Playing with my macro feature, I have captured the enduring beauty of ... Tristan's nose. OK, um, maybe an extreme close-up of a canine nosepad is not all that appealing (don't ask about that scratch on his nose either, that's between Tristan and one of the puppies) but you have to admit, those are really kissable lips there... |
Erin, the ever hopeful puppy, is quite out of luck here. What is Karin's is now Karin's. Icarian pickles anyone! |
Karin is with, um, with child, or children as the case may be. Probably five of them due in about 4-5 weeks. Her appetite for treats is insatiable. I wonder if she has a craving for cumquats and prawns. For some reason that sounds nummy... Is that a kissable face or what! ;-) |
This is just a nice photo I took of him after putting him back into his restriction pen. He unfortunately has to be put up at night, but he seems quite willing to go back in his restriction pen. |
| I think I'll end this page as the end of the day, in a few images of sunset over Wolf Park. You have to admit, the sunsets at Wolf Park are quite nice. This was taken over the location of the old wolf enclosure, but it is still nice, a typically really nice sunset, typical of those who for eons of forest dwellers eating nuts and berries in trees, would enjoy. |
