This is at my house. This is Lara, one of my roommates at my house. Lara has dogs. The dogs live in a dog pen. The dog pen is well, not really useable as such since they can now walk right over the fence. That little dark hole is the opening to one of those dog-gloo dog houses. |
This is the road to Wolf Park. It can only be driven with a 4wd vehicle. The dogs and I walked. The dog here is Raphael. |
This is Dieter, one of my other dogs, in front of the Office. I think he is wondering why I keep stopping to take pictures. |
The side of the Wolf Park Office. I left the dogs inside, they were cold. |
This nice little wintry scene is the lawn in front of the office. |
Walking down to the Park proper I took this photo of the Wolf Park Giftshop. |
Here is the Visitor Center and part of the bleachers. The drifts are over four feet tall. |
Another look at the Visitor Center. |
This is the road, yes there is a road right in the middle of this picture, that goes around the wolf enclosure. |
I then took a bunch of photos of the pack from inside the Visitor Center. The wolves rally like the snow and were running about all excited as they often do on snowy days. The drifting made it difficult to open gates, but the snow was not nearly deep enough along the fences to give any of the animals an opportunity to walk out. The last few photos are just of the pack having fun. |
